  • My most important takeaway is confidence and looking at things from a different point of view. We’re so used to having the point of view of a student, where you get things given to you. But The Fullbridge Program really simulates the work environment in the sense that you’re independent. You know your task and you have the flexibility to do it however you want. It gave me a sense of decision making from a management perspective rather than a student’s perspective.

  • I took The Fullbridge Program because I wanted to shape the path for my future. I wanted to learn how to better engage with teammates, since as an English major, most of my work is done by myself.

  • Fullbridge helped me realize that I am ambitious, a hard worker, I love challenges, and I work better under pressure. So whenever I see that someone is doing better than me, I am eager to work harder than ever before. I learned that I also perform much better when I’m in a team. Through Fullbridge, my team and I gained a strong relationship. We can say that it’s hard to say goodbye to Fullbridge now.
